Goliad Special Education Cooperative is a Shared Services Arrangement (SSA) of ten south Texas School Districts.

The Goliad SSA is committed to providing quality special education support services to provide communication and collaboration among students, parents, educators, and other stakeholders so that youth with disabilities benefit from an appropriate educational program.

The Goliad SSA adheres to the philosophy that all children can learn. Students with disabilities will learn, in their own way, at their own pace, and with special help from caring, concerned educators and parents.
